About The Position

Hermes Worldwide, a leader in the premium transportation industry, is seeking a self-motivated Accounting Support Specialist to support daily financial operations in a fast-paced, high-volume environment. The role combines accounting support with service to clients and colleagues, and calls for organization, initiative, and attention to detail.

Requirements

• Either entry-level with an accounting degree or at least 2 years of experience in an accounting, finance, or professional office environment.
• Above-average proficiency with technology, including MS Office, Google Suite, and Mac products.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a customer-first mindset.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage time effectively in a high-volume setting.

Responsibilities

• Assist with accounts payable, accounts receivable, and invoicing.
• Verify and close out daily reservations.
• Reconcile driver payroll.
• Enter data into accounting systems.
• Assist with ad-hoc reporting and special projects.
• Provide service to clients and internal team members through daily interactions.
