About The Position

This role involves performing maintenance and service on equipment, requiring the ability to read and interpret equipment manuals and work orders. The technician will utilize various hand and power tools, electric meters, and material handling equipment. A strong understanding of and adherence to OSHA Safety and Health rules is essential.

Requirements

  • High school diploma/GED and completion of a craft apprenticeship, or an equivalent number of years of education and production maintenance experience.
  • Ability to read and interpret equipment manuals and work orders.
  • Ability to use a variety of hand and power tools, electric meters, and material handling equipment.
  • Knowledge of and ability to comply with OSHA Safety and Health rules.
  • Sufficient ability to perform light to moderate (up to 30 lbs) lifting and carrying.
  • Ability to walk and stand for prolonged periods of time.
  • Ability to bend, stoop, kneel, and crawl.
  • Ability to work on ladders, lifts, and at heights.
