This senior individual-contributor program role owns whether business partners succeed with the Business Insights platform: adopting it, trusting its data, and spending less effort getting answers. The role is accountable for rollout readiness, customer-success deliverables, measures of success, and the operating rhythm that moves the organization toward its vision. It partners with Product, Engineering, Analytics, and business leaders, leading without formal authority. The role owns how and when rollouts happen and how their success is measured; Product owns what is built and why, while Engineering owns building and running it. Success means business partners can identify tangible improvements, such as fewer manual requests, faster answers, and trusted data, while leadership can rely on a consistent, credible account of results. The position develops rollout plans, partner onboarding and enablement, support models, scorecards, adoption measures, governance, change management, and risk and dependency management. It also mentors program managers and cross-functional partners. This is not a hands-on engineering role. The position is listed as hybrid in Seattle, Washington. The annual pay range is $191,000–$297,000, with possible performance-based incentives or bonuses. Nordstrom describes benefits including medical, vision, dental, retirement, paid time away, life insurance, disability coverage, merchandise discounts, and EAP resources. Eligibility requirements may apply.
