About The Position

Concept Rehab is seeking a motivated Therapy Program Manager to oversee rehabilitation services in a skilled nursing setting in Warren, Michigan. This is a hands-on leadership role focused on supporting therapists, developing clinical teams, and ensuring residents receive quality rehabilitation care.

Requirements

• Current Michigan license in Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy, or Speech-Language Pathology.
• Strong communication, organizational, and leadership skills.

• Skilled nursing or post-acute rehabilitation experience.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and oversee daily physical, occupational, and speech therapy operations.
• Provide leadership, direction, and support to rehabilitation staff.

• Promote quality patient care and positive clinical outcomes.
• Collaborate with facility leadership and interdisciplinary teams.
