About The Position

Concept Rehab is hiring a full-time Physical Therapist Assistant to join its skilled nursing rehabilitation team in Warren, Michigan. Requirements

• Current Michigan Physical Therapist Assistant license.
• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Carry out physical therapy treatment programs established by the supervising Physical Therapist.
• Provide therapeutic exercises and functional mobility training.
• Assist residents with walking, transfers, balance, strength, and endurance activities.
• Monitor resident responses to treatment and communicate changes to the Physical Therapist.
• Encourage participation and progress toward individualized rehabilitation goals.
• Complete treatment documentation in accordance with clinical standards.
• Work closely with nursing and other rehabilitation professionals.
