About The Position

Premier Therapy is seeking a full-time Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to join its therapy team in Nazareth, Pennsylvania. The role offers a flexible schedule with a four-day work week, onsite mentorship, a bonus opportunity, and a $5,000 sign-on bonus. Conditions apply.

The PTA provides skilled treatment under the direction of a Physical Therapist, supporting patients with strength, mobility, balance, gait, and functional activities. The role includes monitoring patient progress, communicating with the supervising therapist, educating patients and their families or caregivers, completing required documentation, and collaborating with the care team.

Requirements

• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program.
• Current PTA license or eligibility for licensure in the state of practice.

Nice To Haves

• SNF/long-term care experience is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Provide skilled treatment under the direction of a Physical Therapist.
• Assist patients with strength, mobility, balance, gait, and functional activities.
