About The Position
Absolute Rehabilitation and Consulting is hiring a full-time Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to provide patient-centered rehabilitation services at Regina Health Center in Richfield, Ohio, and Plum Creek Senior Living in Brunswick, Ohio. The PTA implements treatment plans developed by a Physical Therapist and supports patients in improving mobility, strength, and function. The role involves guiding patients through therapeutic exercises, modalities, and activities, monitoring and documenting progress, and helping maintain a safe, supportive environment. Responsibilities
- Implement treatment plans developed by the Physical Therapist to help patients improve mobility, strength, and function.
- Guide patients through therapeutic exercises, modalities, and activities to assist in recovery.
- Monitor and document patient progress, reporting significant changes to the supervising Physical Therapist.
- Encourage and motivate patients to meet rehabilitation goals while ensuring a safe and supportive environment.
