About The Position

Concept Rehab is seeking a motivated Therapy Program Manager to oversee rehabilitation services in a skilled nursing setting in Warren, Michigan. This hands-on leadership role supports therapists, develops clinical teams, and helps ensure residents receive quality rehabilitation care. The position coordinates physical, occupational, and speech therapy operations and works with facility leadership and interdisciplinary teams.

Requirements

• Current Michigan license in Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy, or Speech-Language Pathology.
• Strong communication, organizational, and leadership skills.

• Skilled nursing or post-acute rehabilitation experience.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and oversee daily physical, occupational, and speech therapy operations.
