Complete transaction processing accurately and efficiently. Project a professional image through knowledgeable and courteous interactions, resolving requests and issues promptly. Refer customers to subject matter experts for loans and deposits. Engage in ongoing training for product knowledge, digital products, financial services, and sales to maintain expertise. Utilize product knowledge to assist customers and suggest suitable products and services. Protect bank assets by following all procedures related to branch and cash security, negotiable instruments, information security, and relevant regulations. Participate in in-branch communication and promotion activities as applicable. Recommend improvements for workflow and customer service. Maintain awareness of and adherence to the Bank’s compliance requirements, risk management concepts, expectations, policies, and procedures, applying them to daily tasks. Deliver a consistent, high level of service within Serving More standards. Other duties as assigned.
