About The Position

Requirements

• At least 18 years of age.
• A strong passion for early childhood education.
• 1–3 years of experience working with young children in early childhood settings.
• Willingness to learn.
• Ability to demonstrate collaboration and team-building characteristics.

Responsibilities

• Assist lead teachers with classroom management and ensure compliance with regulations, company standards, policies, and procedures.
• Provide a welcoming and friendly classroom environment for children, parents, and visitors.
• Assist in creating and implementing thorough, timely, age-appropriate, stimulating lesson plans in accordance with Celebree’s curriculum.
• Assist in managing effective classroom transitions.
• Assist and supervise children during activities, and counsel children as needed using positive and appropriate discipline techniques.
• Maintain the classroom’s appearance, cleanliness, and safety.
• Present a positive and professional image and adhere to uniform requirements.
• Communicate effectively with parents by greeting them by name, addressing concerns in a timely manner, giving positive feedback, and providing regular updates about their child’s development and classroom happenings.
