About The Position

Chesterbrook Academy Preschool is seeking an energetic and nurturing Substitute Toddler Teacher Assistant to support its toddler program. The program uses discovery and play to spark curiosity, build confidence, and support children’s development. In this role, you will help create a safe and engaging classroom where toddlers can explore, build independence, and develop essential early learning skills. Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years of age and meet state licensing requirements.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Prior experience in a licensed childcare center.
• Passion for early learning, creativity, and helping children discover new skills each day.
• Authorization to work in the United States.
