About The Position

Tutor Time of Colleyville is hiring a Lead Teacher to inspire children to become lifelong learners. The role involves creating interactive learning experiences, mentoring fellow Teachers, and supporting preschool children’s social, physical, and intellectual growth. The Lead Teacher takes the lead on classroom management and curriculum implementation, follows licensing guidelines and company standards, and builds relationships with enrolled and prospective families to support children’s achievement and the center’s success.

Requirements

• At least 18 years old.
• Experience leading a classroom and creating educational lesson plans.
• Ability to meet state education requirements and the childcare center’s requirements.
• Ability to work indoors or outdoors and engage in physical activity with children.
• Energetic, dependable, and passionate.

Responsibilities

• Create fun, interactive learning experiences.
• Mentor fellow Teachers.
