About The Position

Join LIFT Enrichment as a Chef Teacher! Join LIFT Enrichment and teach healthy culinary workshops in Title I school districts. We’ve taught over 75,000 students since 2010 and are looking for passionate individuals to join our team of 200+ Chef Teachers.

Requirements

  • Availability: 2:00 PM – 6:00 PM, 2–4 days a week.
  • Experience working with kids: i.e. summer camp counselor, retired teacher, etc.
  • Experience cooking: i.e. basic meals (no formal or professional chef experience is required).
  • Must have reliable transportation.
  • Must be available to work in Lake City, FL.

Responsibilities

  • Teach healthy culinary workshops in Title I school districts.
  • Lead groups of 15–20 students.
  • Transport provided culinary kits.
  • Teach fun recipes from our curriculum like: i.e. Black Bean Quesadillas and Crispy Chicken Tenders.
  • Grocery shopping, prep, teaching, and cleanup.
