We are seeking compassionate and resilient individuals to provide 1:1 Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy to children ages 1–6 with Autism Spectrum Disorder. In this role, you aren’t just a caregiver or a mentor; you are a teacher helping children gain the fundamental life skills they need to communicate and interact with the world. Through our play-based ReggioABA™ approach, you will spend your day on the floor, at the table, and in our outdoor play area, turning every interaction into a specific learning opportunity. Providing ABA therapy means using a structured, scientific approach to help children build independence. You will work directly under the guidance of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to help your students reach developmental milestones, ranging from learning to use their first words to mastering potty training. Because we focus on teaching functional skills, this role is physically and emotionally active. You will be there for the joyous breakthroughs, but you will also be the steady, professional presence a child needs when they are struggling. This includes responding calmly and following a specific clinical plan when a child expresses frustration through behaviors like screaming, hitting, or biting. It is a role that requires high energy, patience, and a commitment to helping children reach their goals through consistent, daily practice.
