About The Position

The Learning Experience is seeking a passionate, dedicated Experienced Preschool/PreK Teacher to create a positive, engaging, and nurturing learning environment for preschool children. The teacher helps children learn, play, grow, and thrive, supporting their academic and emotional development. The role uses the proprietary L.E.A.P. Curriculum® in ways that meet each child’s needs and involves regular communication with families, including through mobile apps and personal discussions. The teacher partners with center staff and leadership to support enrollment and engagement goals and contributes to a dynamic environment where play and learning happen seamlessly. State licensing requirements apply. The position offers state-of-the-art classrooms with technology, materials, and resources, along with ongoing childcare training, professional development, and leadership pathways.

Requirements

Genuine passion for the education and care of children.
At least six months of professional teaching experience required.
High school diploma or GED required.
Applicable state licensing requirements for the role.

Nice To Haves

One year of professional teaching experience preferred.
Associate degree or higher in early childhood education (ECE) or a related field preferred.
