About The Position
BridgePrep Academy of Broward is hiring an Elementary School Teacher for the current school year. The teacher will work alongside SMART Management to foster a vibrant, technology-infused learning environment that celebrates dual-language enrichment and high academic standards. The role involves teaching core elementary subjects, supporting diverse learning needs, tracking student achievement, engaging in professional development, and partnering with families.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution.
- Valid Florida Educator Certificate or Statement of Eligibility covering Elementary Education (K–6) or PreK–Primary.
- Must clear Level 2 fingerprinting and background screening prior to the start date.
Nice To Haves
- Elementary Education or a related major.
- Prior elementary teaching experience.
- ESOL or Reading Endorsements.
- An advanced degree.
Responsibilities
- Design and implement dynamic, standards-based lessons across core elementary subjects to support student growth and mastery.
- Build a positive classroom community and adapt learning strategies to accommodate diverse learning needs, including ELL, 504, and Exceptional Student Education (ESE) plans.
- Participate in ongoing professional development with instructional leaders.
- Track student achievement metrics.
- Maintain active partnerships with parents and guardians.
