About The Position
Chesterbrook Academy Preschool is seeking an energetic and nurturing part-time Preschool Teacher Assistant, Floater, to join its early childhood education team. The role supports a program designed to spark curiosity, build confidence, and encourage children’s development through discovery and play. The assistant helps create a safe, engaging classroom where children can explore, build independence, and develop essential early learning skills. The listed schedules are 12 p.m.–6 p.m. or 3 p.m.–6 p.m. Spring Education Group’s Early Childhood Education Division operates nearly 150 schools offering programs from infant care through Pre-K/K, as well as summer camp and after-school programs. Its approaches include the proprietary Links to Learning curriculum, accredited Montessori methods, and Mandarin and Spanish language immersion programs. Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years of age and meet state licensing requirements.
- High school diploma or GED.
- Prior experience in a licensed childcare center.
- A passion for early learning, creativity, and helping children discover new skills each day.
- Authorization to work in the United States.
