About The Position

Chesterbrook Academy Preschool is seeking an energetic and nurturing Lead Preschool Teacher to join its early childhood education team. The program aims to spark curiosity, build confidence, and support each child’s development through discovery and play. The teacher creates a safe and engaging classroom where children can explore, build independence, and develop essential early learning skills.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years of age and meet state licensing requirements.
• A completed AA in Early Childhood Education or a related field.
• Prior experience in a licensed childcare center.
• A passion for early learning, creativity, and helping children discover new skills each day.
• Authorization to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement interactive, age-appropriate activities that promote cognitive, social, and emotional growth.
• Foster a warm and consistent classroom routine that helps preschoolers feel secure and confident.
• Build positive partnerships with families through open, ongoing communication.
• Work collaboratively with co-teachers and school leaders to ensure an exceptional learning experience.
