About The Position
Chesterbrook Academy Preschool is seeking an energetic and nurturing Two's Teacher to join its early childhood education team. The program supports children’s development through discovery and play, with a focus on sparking curiosity and building confidence. The teacher creates a safe, engaging classroom where two-year-old children can explore while developing independence and essential early learning skills. The position requires satisfactory performance of essential duties; reasonable accommodations may be made for qualified individuals with disabilities.
Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years of age and meet state licensing requirements.
- A CDA, associate’s degree in Early Childhood Education, or a related field.
- Prior experience in a licensed childcare center.
- Passion for early learning, creativity, and helping children discover new skills each day.
- Authorization to work in the United States.
Responsibilities

- Foster a warm and consistent classroom routine that helps two-year-old children feel secure and confident.
