About The Position
Chesterbrook Academy Preschool is seeking an energetic and nurturing Two's Teacher to join its early childhood education team. The program aims to spark curiosity, build confidence, and support children’s development through discovery and play. The teacher creates a safe, engaging classroom where two-year-old children can explore while developing independence and early learning skills. The position requires performing essential duties satisfactorily. Reasonable accommodations may be made for qualified individuals with disabilities. The role regularly involves clear hearing and vision, with or without correction, and frequent movement and communication activities.
Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years of age and meet state licensing requirements.
- High school diploma or GED.
- Prior experience in a licensed childcare center.
- Passion for early learning, creativity, and helping children discover new skills each day.
- Authorization to work in the United States.
Responsibilities
- Design and implement interactive, age-appropriate activities that promote cognitive, social, and emotional growth.
- Foster a warm and consistent classroom routine that helps two-year-olds feel secure and confident.
