About The Position
The IT System Administrator 2 position provides advanced support and administration of core IT systems across multiple facilities. Leads troubleshooting, system management, and IT projects.
Requirements
- Certificate or some education in the Information Technology field
- 3-6 years of related field work
- Advanced Computer Skills
- Systems Experience Google Workspace
- Active Directory & Group Policy
- Windows Service (roles, patching, performance)
- Citrix (administration and troubleshooting)
- Networking (VLANs, WAN, Wireless)
- Manufacturing systems (IQMS/RealTime preferred)
- VoIP systems
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Regular on-site attendance / Travel as Requested
Nice To Haves
- IQMS/RealTime preferred
Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 2-3 support and act as an escalation point
- Administer Windows Server, Active Directory, and Group Policy
- Manage Citrix environment (sessions, apps, performance)
- Support and maintain IQMS/RealTime systems
- Troubleshoot network and multi-site connectivity issues
- Support and deploy VoIP systems
- Lead IT projects, upgrades, and system improvements
- Coordinate with vendors and manage escalations
- Maintain system documentation
- Proactively identify and resolve issues
- All other related duties as assigned
