About The Position

Energizer Holdings is seeking a Systems Administrator to support the in-house Creative team and its Marketing-led digital tools. The ideal candidate is curious, solutions-oriented and a creative thinker who can manage and optimize tools used by global internal and external teams. These tools include a project management platform, digital asset management (DAM) system, content review systems, font management tool and 3D DAM. Core responsibilities include general system administration, troubleshooting for both tools and users, documentation and training, onboarding and implementing enhancements or integrations. This role requires a positive, collaborative mindset to ensure user needs are met while maintaining system integrity and cross-functional alignment.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of experience managing project management tools (Workfront preferred)
  • 3–5 years of experience with Digital Asset Management concepts and technologies
  • Strong attention to detail and analytical problem‑solving skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, etc.)
  • Strong customer service skills and experience supporting diverse user groups
  • Solid understanding of metadata structures and interdependencies
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to train users at all levels
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively
  • Experience developing processes and creating user documentation
  • Familiarity with creative workflows, marketing processes and content production lifecycles

Responsibilities

  • Manage user access and roles for all internal and external users across all systems
  • Oversee DAM asset ingestion and ensure metadata quality
  • Serve as the primary Systems Admin contact for the in‑house creative team, addressing questions and communicating issues and resolutions
  • Manage the help‑request ticketing system, resolving issues or escalating when necessary
  • Collaborate with other Systems Admin colleagues as needed
  • Troubleshoot system issues, considering integrations and downstream impacts
  • Partner with designers, project managers, and other users to understand workflows and identify optimization opportunities
  • Provide training, answer questions, and support user adoption across all levels of the organization
  • Review vendor updates and implement relevant enhancements
  • Maintain up‑to‑date user guidance documentation
  • Help identify best practices for system governance, security and archiving
  • Stay current on industry trends, best practices and emerging technologies
  • Identify opportunities to improve system functionality and efficiency based on user feedback and evolving business needs
