About The Position
Gotham Enterprises Ltd is seeking experienced Illinois clinical supervisors to provide mentorship, ethical guidance, and practical support to developing mental health professionals. This role focuses on helping supervisees build confidence and clinical skills through case consultation, treatment planning, and adherence to documentation standards. The platform aims to improve access to quality supervision for clinicians seeking professional growth, while ensuring compliance with Illinois supervision and licensing standards.
Requirements
- Active Illinois clinical license in good standing.
- Eligible license types include Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC), Clinical Psychologist, or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).
- Must meet Illinois requirements to provide supervision.
- Experience supervising counselors, therapists, or social workers is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Provide clinical supervision and professional guidance to developing mental health professionals.
- Support supervisees with documentation, case review, and treatment planning.
- Guide supervisees on ethical practice in mental health.
- Help supervisees build confidence and enhance their clinical skills.
- Ensure compliance with Illinois supervision and licensing standards.
- Maintain professional supervision records.
