About The Position

The Facilities Supervisor will supplement the Manufacturing Supporting team activities during the day shift. This role involves supervision, planning, and coordination of all subcontractors performing preventive and corrective work orders to ensure a proper level of planned work orders and critical activities. The supervisor will support planning and scheduling activities for maintenance work for technicians and contractors. They will also prepare and execute development plans for coordinators and technicians to ensure they are capable of performing daily activities in compliance with customer requirements. Understanding GMP guidelines and customer SOPs is crucial to ensure facilities jobs are done in compliance. The role includes monitoring and supervising maintenance and operational activities, developing job plans, and conducting risk hazard analyses for corrective and preventive actions. Responsibilities also include contractor escorts to working areas, ensuring compliance with weekly and long-term schedules, maintaining complete and accurate records/plans within the system, developing scope of works and proposal analysis, and interacting in Process Team meetings for status discussions. The supervisor will ensure Quality and EHS requirements in work order planning and execution, and develop and execute Change Controls. Additionally, they will verify invoices against purchase orders and contracts, ensuring correct PO numbers, descriptions, and that services/goods have been received. Collecting and verifying work orders for GMP Areas is essential for compliance, and preparing and discussing performance appraisals for coordinators and mentoring team members are also key duties.

Requirements

  • 3 to 5 years of related experience
  • Experience in GMP/EHS regulated manufacturing environment
  • Experience in a Leadership role

  • Bachelor’s Degree Engineering, Science or related fields preferred.

  • Collect and verify work orders categorized for GMP Areas, to ensure compliance with GMP guidelines.
  • Prepare and discuss performance appraisals for coordinators and Mentor Team members.
