In this role, your responsibilities will be: Contribute through planning, design, and modification of facilities assets to support the business functions within, including office spaces, laboratories, and manufacturing areas. Apply engineering principles to solve real-world challenges, gaining exposure to project management, technical documentation, and cross-functional collaboration. Learn how engineering problem-solving methodology can be applied to complex problems involving infrastructure, energy efficiency, and sustainability. Participate in multiple projects at different stages such as initiation, design, planning, and execution, while working alongside experienced engineers and facility managers. Be exposed to critical and complex building systems such as chilled water, heating water, hazardous exhaust, electrical distribution, specialty gases, fire protection, and building automation systems. Assist in evaluating system performance, identifying improvement opportunities, and implementing upgrades that enhance safety, reliability, and operational efficiency. Support compliance efforts by helping ensure facility systems meet regulatory standards and internal policies. Gain valuable experience in CAD software, data analysis, and technical reporting to support engineering decisions and communicate project outcomes.
