About The Position

The Clinic Supervisor will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of assigned Olympic Medical Physicians clinic/center functions, including registration, medical records, charge entry, payment processing, scheduling, and mail handling. This role also involves supervising clinic staff, leading meetings, participating in performance reviews, human resources counseling, disciplinary actions, and attending Provider meetings with management.

Requirements

BLS (Basic Life Support) certification required.

Nice To Haves

Associate of Arts degree in Business Administration or 5 years’ associated work experience preferred.
Three years’ experience in a health care clinic setting preferred.
One year medical coding and billing experience preferred.

Responsibilities

Responsible for the accuracy and efficiency of the day-to-day operations of Olympic Medical Physicians clinic/center functions (for assigned clinic/center/location) including registration, medical records, AR charge entry, AP processing, physician and patient scheduling, incoming/outgoing mail and other office functions as required.
Supervises the clinic/center staff, leads staff meetings and participates in performance reviews, human resources counseling and disciplinary actions, and in Provider meetings with management.
