About The Position

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED, or equivalent years of experience in lieu of the education requirement, if applicable.
• Follow safe lifting guidelines, limiting single lifts to 75 pounds; use team lifts minimally starting at 75 pounds or when needed.
• Use powered equipment as required, with proper training or assistance from a trained coworker.

Nice To Haves

• Three months of experience operating forklifts or power equipment such as lifts and order pickers.
• Six months of experience in a warehouse performing inventory handling and stocking.
• Bilingual, military, or veteran talent is encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

• Provide SMART customer service by assisting customers, answering questions, and supporting their projects.
• Unload freight, stock merchandise, down-stock products, organize shelves, and set up pallets.
• Verify deliveries, prepare the dock, and support store operations using equipment such as pallet jacks and forklifts.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment by following procedures for hazardous materials, equipment use, and housekeeping.
• Operate store equipment, including scanners, Zebra phones, and balers, as needed.
• Assist customers in locating or loading products.
• Work as a team player and complete other assigned tasks.
• At Pro Fulfillment Stores, use the Orders App to pick and stage flatbed delivery orders.
• At Pro Fulfillment Stores, load delivery orders with attention to quality, accuracy, and safe loading practices.
• At Pro Fulfillment Stores, rotate orders by delivery date and resolve customer order issues.
• At Pro Fulfillment Stores, proactively communicate with customers about delivery satisfaction and follow Delivery Readiness best practices.
