About The Position

As a Stocker, you keep shelves filled and the store ready for customers. Work may take place on the sales floor during daytime hours, stocking products, organizing shelves, and helping customers locate items. Overnight work focuses on processing deliveries, stocking shelves, and resetting displays before the store opens. The role also involves moving products from the backroom to the sales floor, rotating inventory, keeping aisles clear, handling freight, and maintaining clean, organized work areas. It is steady, physical work in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to operate equipment such as pallet jacks and balers following training and safety guidelines.
• Basic math and communication skills.
• Availability to work flexible shifts, including daytime, evening, and overnight schedules, weekends, and holidays.
• Compliance with company policies, including safety, sanitation, and dress standards.
• Comfort with frequent lifting, carrying, and movement, including lifting up to 60 lbs.
• Clear communication when assisting customers.
• Attention to accuracy in stocking, rotation, labeling, and removing outdated products.
• Ability to manage workload efficiently while maintaining clean, organized areas.
• Adaptability to varied shifts and a fast-paced work environment.

Nice To Haves

• Prior retail, stocking, or customer service experience.
• Familiarity with store layout, product locations, and pricing.
• Experience maintaining product displays and merchandising standards.

Responsibilities

• Stock products and organize shelves and displays.
• Assist customers with questions and locating items on the sales floor.
• Process deliveries and stock shelves during overnight shifts.
• Move products from the backroom to the sales floor.
• Rotate inventory and monitor stock levels.
• Keep aisles and work areas clean, clear, and organized.
• Operate pallet jacks, balers, box cutters, and other store equipment in accordance with training and safety guidelines.
• Follow company stocking processes, policies, safety procedures, sanitation standards, and dress standards.
