As a Security Officer Part Time Mobile Patrol Driver in Cincinnati, OH, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Healthcare, and more. As a Security Officer in a healthcare location, you will conduct routine unarmed patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, and support a welcoming environment for patients, visitors, and staff. This driving position offers the opportunity to deliver exceptional customer service, communicate professionally, and respond to security-related needs with integrity, reliability, and teamwork.
Requirements
- Provide proof of a high school diploma or GED, as required by the client.
- A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
- Be 21 years of age or older.
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
- Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
- A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
Nice To Haves
- Be comfortable using a computer or tablet, preferred.
- Have customer service experience, preferred.
- Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
Responsibilities
- Provide customer service to employees, visitors, patients, and vendors while carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities as appropriate.
- Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols throughout healthcare facility grounds, buildings, parking areas, and perimeter locations to help identify and report unusual conditions.
- Monitor access points, verify credentials as directed, and maintain visitor and contractor entry records in accordance with site procedures.
- Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, escalating concerns to appropriate site contacts and/or emergency services.
- Complete accurate incident reports, patrol logs, and other required documentation while communicating observations to Allied Universal leadership and site representatives.
