About The Position

As a Security Officer Full Time Dispatch Driver in Whitehouse Station, New Jersey, you will serve and safeguard clients in industries including financial institutions. In this dispatch role, you will coordinate communications, monitor activity, and support timely responses to security-related incidents. You will provide customer service, maintain accurate records, and help create a welcoming environment for employees and visitors. This driving position requires a valid driver’s license.

Requirements

A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles or 21 or older for armed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
Applicants are subject to a background investigation in accordance with applicable federal, state, and local laws.
Applicants are subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
Licensing requirements depend on state and local laws and regulations and may be required before employment.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service to personnel, visitors, and vendors at a financial institution by carrying out site-specific security procedures, policies, and emergency response activities.
Receive, prioritize, and dispatch calls for service, alarms, access concerns, and other security-related incidents to appropriate personnel or responders.
Monitor communication systems, alarm activity, and access control information; document incidents, dispatch actions, and relevant details in accordance with site procedures.
Respond calmly and with a problem-solving approach to incidents and critical situations, escalating concerns to site leadership or emergency services as appropriate.
Conduct regular and random patrols around the business and perimeter when assigned, reporting observed irregularities, maintenance concerns, and potential risks.
