Security Officer Full Time Unarmed Patrol Driver Dispatch
About The Position
Allied Universal is hiring a full-time unarmed patrol officer for a retail and mall location in Aiea, Hawaii. The officer will conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, and provide customer service to visitors, tenants, shoppers, and client representatives. This is a driving position and requires a valid driver's license in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements. The role works Tuesday through Saturday from 4:00 PM to 12:00 AM. Applicants must meet the stated age and education requirements and are subject to background investigation and drug screening, as permitted by law.
Requirements
- Valid driver's license meeting Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
- At least 18 years of age for unarmed roles.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Applicants are subject to a background investigation in accordance with applicable laws.
- Applicants are subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
- Licensing may be required prior to employment, depending on state and local laws and regulations.

Responsibilities
- Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, shoppers, and client representatives by following site-specific security procedures and policies and, when appropriate, carrying out emergency response activities.
- Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of retail common areas, parking facilities, entrances, loading areas, and the surrounding perimeter; identify and report unusual activity, hazards, or maintenance concerns.
- Respond to incidents, customer concerns, and critical situations professionally and calmly; notify appropriate personnel and prepare required documentation.
- Monitor access points and observe activity to support adherence to property rules and security-related procedures.
- Maintain daily activity reports, incident reports, and patrol logs in accordance with company and site-specific requirements.
