About The Position

Allied Universal is hiring a full-time, unarmed patrol driver to serve and safeguard clients at a hotel or resort in Nashville, Tennessee. The role involves visible security patrols, monitoring access points, responding to incidents and concerns, and supporting guests, visitors, contractors, and team members through customer service and clear communication. Officers follow site-specific policies and emergency response procedures and prepare activity and incident reports.

Requirements

A valid driver’s license is required for this driving position and must meet Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
Applicants are subject to a background investigation in accordance with applicable laws.
Applicants are subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
Meet any licensing requirements imposed by applicable state or local laws and regulations; licensing may be required before employment.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service to guests, visitors, and team members while following security procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities.
Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of guest areas, parking areas, amenities, building exteriors, and the property perimeter.
Respond professionally to incidents, guest concerns, alarms, and critical situations, following site procedures and escalating matters as appropriate.
Monitor access points and support visitor and contractor access processes.
Prepare accurate activity and incident reports and communicate relevant observations to Allied Universal leadership and site management.
