About The Position

Allied Universal is hiring a part-time Unarmed Patrol Officer for a manufacturing and industrial location in Dallas, Texas. The role involves driving patrols and route verification, maintaining a visible security presence, and helping provide a welcoming environment through customer service and communication. The posted schedule is Monday, Saturday, and Sunday from 3:00 PM to 11:00 PM. Pay is $18.50 per hour.

Requirements

• At least two years of security-related experience.
• Valid driver’s license in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements; a valid driver’s license is required for driving positions.
• At least 18 years of age for unarmed roles.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Applicants are subject to a background investigation in accordance with applicable federal, state, and local laws.
• Applicants are subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Meet any licensing requirements imposed by applicable state or local laws and regulations; licensing may be required before employment.

Nice To Haves

• Customer service experience.
• CPR and First Aid certification.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and contractors by following site-specific security procedures and policies and, when appropriate, carrying out emergency response activities.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of manufacturing areas, offices, parking areas, entrances, and the perimeter; identify and report unusual activity, access concerns, and potential hazards.
• Monitor access points and verify authorization for personnel, visitors, and deliveries in accordance with site requirements.
• Respond calmly to incidents, alarms, and critical situations, and communicate relevant observations and information to appropriate personnel or emergency responders.
• Complete accurate activity logs, incident reports, and other required documentation while maintaining a professional presence.
