About The Position

Requirements

• Valid driver’s license in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• At least 18 years of age for unarmed roles.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Applicants are subject to a background investigation in accordance with applicable laws.
• Applicants are subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements may apply under state or local laws and may be required before employment.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to employees, drivers, visitors, and vendors by following security procedures and site-specific policies, and participating in emergency response activities when appropriate.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of loading areas, trailer yards, parking areas, entrances, and perimeter locations to deter unauthorized activity and identify security concerns.
• Monitor access points and verify authorization for personnel, visitors, and vehicles entering restricted areas according to site procedures.
• Respond calmly to incidents, alarms, and critical situations; document observations and notify appropriate site contacts or emergency responders.
• Observe and report unusual activity, damaged property, hazardous conditions, and policy violations through required reports and communication channels.
