Security Officer Front Desk Driver
About The Position
Allied Universal is hiring a full-time Security Officer Front Desk Driver for a healthcare location in Palm Beach Gardens, Florida. The role safeguards clients by welcoming visitors, managing access control and badge processes, monitoring entry activity, and providing customer service and communication. This is a driving position and requires a valid driver’s license in accordance with Allied Universal policy. The schedule is Monday through Friday, 6:00 AM to 2:00 PM. The pay rate is $19.00 per hour. Applicants are subject to background investigation and drug screening as permitted by law. State or local licensing may be required before employment.
Requirements
- At least one year of security-related experience.
- A valid driver’s license in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements; required for driving positions.
- At least 18 years of age for unarmed roles or 21 or older for armed roles.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Applicants are subject to a background investigation in accordance with applicable laws.
- Applicants are subject to drug screening to the extent permitted by law.
- Licensing requirements are subject to state and local laws and may be required before employment.
Nice To Haves
- Security Professional Guard Card or license.
- Customer service experience.

Responsibilities
- Provide customer service to visitors, patients, staff, and vendors while following site-specific security procedures and policies.
- Greet and screen visitors, verify identification and access authorization, issue visitor credentials, and maintain entry records.
- Monitor front desk activity, access control systems, alarms, and communications equipment; report unusual conditions and security concerns.
- Respond calmly and professionally to incidents, visitor concerns, and critical situations according to emergency response procedures.
- Maintain a professional front desk presence, provide directions and general assistance, and communicate with facility staff, emergency responders, and Allied Universal leadership.
