About The Position
As a full-time Security Guard in Mobile, Alabama, you will serve and safeguard clients at a transportation location. This unarmed patrol driving post involves monitoring and patrolling assigned areas to deter security-related incidents while providing customer service and communication. A valid driver’s license and a TSA-issued TWIC are required. The schedule is Monday, Thursday, and Sunday from 5:00 PM to 5:00 AM. The pay rate is $16.50 per hour.
Requirements
- Possess a TSA-issued TWIC.
- Have a valid driver’s license in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
- Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles.
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
- Undergo a background investigation as a condition of employment.
- Undergo a drug screen as a condition of employment, to the extent permitted by law.
- Meet any applicable state or local licensing requirements prior to employment.
Responsibilities
- Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies, and participate in emergency response activities when appropriate.
- Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.
- Conduct regular and random patrols around the business and perimeter.
