Requirements
- Proven Multi-Unit Leadership – 4+ years of experience managing 50+ locations in Wireless Retail or Quick Service Restaurants.
- Industry Expertise – 5+ years in wireless retail or QSR leadership with a strong sales focus.
- People-First Leadership – A passion for coaching, mentoring, and developing high-performing teams.
- Analytical & Strategic Thinker – Ability to identify trends, solve problems, and execute sales strategies.
Responsibilities
- Achieve Sales Goals – Meet and exceed assigned sales and KPI targets in your region.
- Build High-Performing Teams – Recruit, train, and develop a winning sales force.
