About The Position

Requirements

• Willing to work a flexible schedule based on business needs (Days, Nights, Weekends, and Holidays included).
• Strong written and verbal communication skills to effectively communicate with store management.
• Ability to work and collaborate with fellow team members, store management, and customers.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to perform basic mathematical skills.
• Ability to work under pressure, demonstrate effective decision-making, and exercise sound judgement.
• Customer Service, Retail, and Cash Handling experience preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to understand and follow instructions.
• General knowledge and experience with computer systems and two-way radios.

Responsibilities

• Greets every customer and provides them with personalized assistance to ensure they have a positive experience in our stores.
• Assists in setting up and breaking down regular, seasonal, and/or promotional displays. Regularly organizes and maintains presentation of merchandise.
• Builds customer loyalty through suggestive selling and product knowledge. Maintains knowledge on current and advertised store products.
• Able to perform weekly physical counts of merchandise and efficiently handle all register transactions to maintain accurate inventory of products.
• Works in a safe manner and actively practices prevention methods to protect yourself and others.
