About The Position

Elements Massage is seeking a sales-driven Front Desk Sales Receptionist to support its Boise and Meridian, Idaho studios. The role focuses on selling Wellness Memberships, building relationships with clients, and delivering an exceptional customer experience. Wellness Membership Advisors help turn first-time clients into long-term members and encourage clients to prioritize wellness. The position pays $15–$17 per hour plus monthly performance-based bonuses and offers 18–36 hours per week. Evening and weekend availability is required. Requirements

At least one year of sales and customer service experience.
Goal-oriented and motivated by performance and earning bonuses.
Confident communication, active listening, and relationship-building skills.
Coachable, accountable, and eager to improve sales skills.
Able to work well on a team and learn new computer systems.
Evening and weekend availability.

Responsibilities

Drive Wellness Membership sales by presenting and enrolling clients in the flexible, month-to-month Wellness Program.
Achieve sales goals by improving membership conversion, building client loyalty, and contributing to studio growth.
Build client relationships by listening to needs, communicating value, and overcoming sales objections.
Provide a welcoming, professional experience in person and over the phone.
Manage appointments, paperwork, and payments accurately.
Collaborate with managers and service providers to support studio success.
