About The Position

Elements Massage is seeking a friendly, motivated Retail Sales Associate to help create a welcoming, wellness-focused studio environment. The associate connects with clients, provides customer service, builds relationships, and helps guests find services and memberships that fit their needs. The role includes sales and commission opportunities, supporting studio organization and cleanliness, and working evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Guide clients through wellness membership options using a proven sales process.
• Connect with new and returning clients, listening to their needs.
• Address customer concerns and turn them into positive service experiences.
• Support studio success through cleanliness, organization, and teamwork.
• Upsell service enhancements and encourage long-term client relationships through membership sales.
