Retail Sales Associate / Customer Service
About The Position
The Retail Sales Associate / Customer Service role focuses on selling the monthly Elements Wellness Program, building customer loyalty, and delivering attentive, hospitable client service. The successful candidate enjoys talking with clients but, more importantly, listens to new, established, and prospective clients and turns criticism into opportunities to provide great customer service. Scheduling and payments are processed using easy-to-learn computer programs. The role offers hourly pay of $16.00–$17.00 depending on experience, commission for wellness plan sales, and opportunities to earn bonuses based on monthly conversion numbers, including additional bonuses of up to $200+.
Requirements
- Ability to follow the sales process and sell wellness plans.
- Strong listening and communication skills.
- Drive to create a positive work environment and excellent client experiences.
- Familiarity with modern office tools and systems, or ability to learn scheduling and payment programs.
Nice To Haves
- Prior retail sales experience, preferably selling memberships or services in person to potential clients.
- Customer service experience in a spa-like or similar environment, with attention, hospitality, and strong execution.
