About The Position

Elements Massage Nutley is seeking a high-energy Front Desk / Sales Associate to join their team. This role is ideal for individuals who love sales, connecting with people, and thrive in a goal-oriented environment. The associate will be the face of the studio, responsible for driving membership sales, supporting service providers, and ensuring a seamless, high-end guest experience.

Requirements

2+ Years Experience: Background in retail, hospitality, spa, or membership sales (subscription/membership sales preferred).
High Energy & Polish: Confident verbal communication, a warm presence, and a professional demeanor.
Sales-Driven: Motivated by hitting monthly targets, conversion rates, and earning performance bonuses.
Peak Availability: Must be available for peak volume shifts, including evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

Drive Membership Sales: Confidently educate clients on our Elements Wellness Program and close new membership subscriptions.
Elevate Guest Experience: Welcome clients warmly, manage check-ins/outs, and maintain a calm, premium studio atmosphere.
Maximize Schedule Volume: Master our booking software to schedule appointments, rebook clients, and optimize room utilization.
Sell Enhancements & Retail: Recommend add-on services (Hot Stone, CBD) and gift cards to customize client care.
