About The Position
Elements Massage in Nutley is hiring a Front Desk / Sales Associate to represent the studio and provide a high-end guest experience. The role focuses on membership sales, guest service, supporting service providers, appointment scheduling, and retail and enhancement sales. The position is offered part-time or full-time, with peak shifts in the evenings and on weekends. Pay is $16.00–$18.00 per hour, plus monthly sales bonuses and commissions.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of experience in retail, hospitality, spa, or membership sales.
- Confident verbal communication, a warm presence, and a professional demeanor.
- Motivation to meet monthly targets and conversion rates.
- Availability for peak-volume shifts, including evenings and weekends.
Nice To Haves
- Experience with subscription or membership sales is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Educate clients about the Elements Wellness Program and sell new membership subscriptions.
- Welcome clients, manage check-ins and check-outs, and maintain a calm, premium studio atmosphere.
- Use booking software to schedule appointments, rebook clients, and optimize room utilization.
- Recommend add-on services, including Hot Stone and CBD, and sell gift cards.
- Support service providers and help deliver a seamless guest experience.
