About The Position

Amazing Lash Studio is seeking full-time and part-time studio sales associates to work as lash consultants in its beauty and eyelash studio. The role involves promoting memberships and retail products, supporting membership retention, welcoming and assisting guests, responding to questions and needs, handling phone calls and appointment bookings, and completing administrative and studio upkeep tasks. The studio’s mission is to create lasting beauty and confidence in an inviting environment through safety, passion, dedication, and excellence.

Requirements

Responsibilities

• Promote and sell Amazing Lash Studio memberships and retail products to guests.
• Assist the studio manager with retaining current memberships.
• Create a friendly environment by welcoming and assisting guests and responding promptly to their questions and needs.
• Answer phone calls, book appointments, and greet guests enthusiastically.
• Assist with administrative tasks, including filing and data entry for guest records and surveys.
• Prepare guest records for services.
• Participate in special events to promote the studio.
• Clean, organize, and maintain the lobby, studio, and public areas, including the restroom.
• Maintain quality service by enforcing organization standards.
