Retail Sales Associate / Customer Service
About The Position
Elements Massage is seeking a Retail Sales Associate / Client Experience Specialist for its Allentown Studio. The role focuses on building client relationships, helping clients learn about and join the Elements Wellness Program, promoting services and skincare products, and providing welcoming, attentive customer service. The associate coordinates appointments by phone, email, text, and in person, responds constructively to client feedback, and helps keep the studio clean, stocked, and inviting. The schedule consists of 3–4 set shifts per week, with a mix of morning, evening, and weekend shifts. Compensation is $15 per hour, with monthly bonuses based on conversion success.
Requirements
- Prior experience selling memberships, services, or products in person.
- Hospitality skills, potentially gained in retail, spa, or customer service roles.
- Comfort with simple scheduling and payment systems; training will be provided.
- Willingness to support the team and provide attentive client care.
Responsibilities
- Promote services, skincare products, and the Wellness Program while meeting performance goals.
- Provide customer service in person, through text and email, and over the phone.
- Schedule appointments by phone and in person.
- Maintain a clean facility by completing daily laundry and cleaning tasks.
- Engage clients with empathy and enthusiasm, listen to their needs, and guide newcomers toward the Wellness Program.
- Use client feedback to build trust and encourage positive reviews.
- Keep the studio stocked and inviting.
