About The Position

The Retail Sales Associate / Customer Service team member helps clients have positive experiences at a massage and facial studio while selling wellness plans and building customer loyalty. The role involves listening to new, established, and prospective clients, following the studio’s sales process, and responding to client criticism with excellent customer service. Other duties include booking clients, keeping the space clean and organized, doing laundry, and reaching out to clients. Candidates must enjoy massage and be at least 18 years old. The studio uses easy-to-learn computer programs for scheduling and payments.

Requirements

Must be at least 18 years old.
Must like massage.
Ability to follow the sales process and sell wellness plans.
Strong listening and communication skills.
Familiarity with modern office tools and systems, or ability to learn the computer programs used for scheduling and payments.
Driven to create a positive work environment for employees and a strong client experience.

Nice To Haves

Prior retail sales experience, preferably selling memberships or services in person to potential clients.
Customer service experience in a spa-like or similar environment, with attention to hospitality and execution.
