About The Position

The Wellness Membership Advisor supports the front desk of a wellness studio by promoting membership, serving clients, and helping create a welcoming, relaxing experience in a spa-like environment. The role includes following a sales process to promote the Elements Wellness Program, building client loyalty, handling appointments and payments, and responding to client concerns. The position also helps maintain a clean, organized studio and contributes to a positive experience for clients and coworkers.
