Retail Sales Associate / Customer Service
About The Position
The Retail Sales Associate / Customer Service role supports clients by selling the monthly Elements Wellness Program, building customer loyalty, and providing attentive, welcoming service. The position involves listening to new, established, and prospective clients and responding to client criticism with excellent customer service. Sales associates use computer programs to handle scheduling and payments and may earn commission for wellness plan sales and additional bonuses. Each Elements Massage studio is independently owned and operated, and its franchise owner is responsible for employment decisions.
Requirements
- Ability to follow a sales process and sell wellness plans.
- Strong communication and listening skills.
- Familiarity with modern office tools and computer systems, or ability to learn scheduling and payment programs.
Nice To Haves
- Prior retail sales experience, preferably selling memberships or services in person to potential clients.
- Customer service experience in a spa-like or similar environment, with attention to hospitality and execution.
