About The Position

The Retail Sales Associate / Customer Service role focuses on helping clients through attentive, high-quality service and selling the monthly Elements Wellness Program. The associate follows the studio’s sales process, builds customer loyalty, listens to new, established, and prospective clients, and responds to criticism with strong customer service. Scheduling and payments are handled using computer programs described as easy to learn.

Requirements

• Enjoy talking with clients and, especially, listening to them.
• Be driven to create the best work environment for employees and the best client experiences.
• Be familiar with modern office tools and systems, or able to learn the computer programs used for scheduling and payments.

Nice To Haves

• Prior retail sales experience, preferably selling memberships or services in person to potential clients.
• Customer service experience in a spa-like or similar environment, with attention, hospitality, and execution that distinguish the experience.

Responsibilities

• Follow the established sales process to sell the monthly Elements Wellness Program.
• Build customer loyalty.
• Listen to new, established, and prospective clients.
• Respond to client criticism with excellent customer service.
• Help create a positive work environment for employees and a strong experience for clients.

• Pay of $18.50–$19.50 per hour depending on experience.
