About The Position

Requirements

• Hold a current, unencumbered Registered Nurse license in the state where employed.
• Hold a current CPR or BLS certification.
• Have basic computer skills and the ability to navigate software programs, including electronic health record software.

Responsibilities

• Assess residents’ needs.
• Develop individualized care plans.
• Administer nursing care and evaluate the care provided.
• Supervise nursing assistants and other personnel in the delivery of nursing care.
• Follow applicable federal, state, and local standards, guidelines, and regulations, along with direction from the Director of Nursing Services or designee.
• Follow health, sanitation, and infection-control policies and established standards of practice.
