Requirements

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
• Indiana RN license or ability to obtain an Indiana license.

Responsibilities

• Conducting education, skills competencies, training, clinical observations, and quality assurance audit tools as directed by the Director of Nursing Services.
• Assisting with new employee hiring.

• Serving as an advocate for growth and development within the company.
• Leading and motivating others to follow infection prevention practices.
